Job summary

Touchstone aims to reduce health inequalities and improve accessibility through the Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service (LMWS). You will lead equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives across the partnership and support colleagues delivering health equity objectives.

Acting as deputy to the Head of Health Equity when required, you will analyse workforce and service data and provide operational leadership to drive equitable opportunities for service users, staff and stakeholders.
