Nova Wakefield District Limited is recruiting for a leadership role within the Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service (LMWS). You will lead equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives across the partnership and support colleagues delivering health equity objectives.

You will analyse and report on workforce and service data, provide operational leadership, and act as deputy to the Head of Health Equity when required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Ability to analyse workforce data and report insights.
• Experience providing operational leadership in a health or voluntary sector setting.

You will lead equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives across the partnership, support colleagues delivering health equity objectives, analyse and report on workforce and service data, and provide operational leadership.

Acting as deputy to the Head of Health Equity when required, you will help drive meaningful change and ensure equitable opportunities for service users, staff and stakeholders
