Job summary

Bupa in London (Hybrid) is seeking a Health Content Editor to critically appraise evidence and shape clear, accurate health content for diverse audiences. The role is a 12-month secondment, 37.5 hours per week, with two in-office days at Angel Court, London or Bupa Place, Manchester.

You will write and review health content, collaborate with clinical teams, and ensure accessibility in line with our style guides.

Qualifications

• Experience writing/editing health content for broad audiences.
• Ability to follow health content style guides.
• Strong written English and health literacy.

Responsibilities

• Critically appraise evidence, data and research to inform content decisions.
• Write and review various health content formats.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to focus on user needs.
• Follow in-house health content style and production guides.
• Collaborate with health content teams and other digital/clinical groups.
• Create briefs for multimedia assets.
• Support content and process improvements within the team.
• Coordinate with freelance editors.
• Liaise with expert clinicians for feedback and approvals.
• Assist with coordinating the content review planning.
