Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Health Content Editor to review and edit medical topics and lifestyle articles, manage clinician relationships, and support stakeholders with health content requests.

The role focuses on user-centred content, medical terminology, and accessibility, requiring collaboration across digital and clinical teams. Hybrid working with two office days a week in London or Manchester.

Qualifications

• Agile mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of hierarchy of evidence and critical appraisal skills.
• Relevant degree or qualification in communication and/or life sciences.
• Broad knowledge of medical language and terminology, with ability to Communicate health statistics clearly to consumers.

Responsibilities

• Critically appraise evidence, data, and research to guide content decisions.
• Write and review health content in various formats.
• Build relationships with clinicians and stakeholders to focus on user needs.
• Contribute to in-house health content style and production guides.
• Collaborate with health content colleagues and other digital/clinical teams.
• Create briefs for multimedia assets and coordinate content reviews.
