Job summary

Bupa Health Centre in the United Kingdom seeks a Centre Manager to lead all centre activities and ensure governance, customer service excellence and strong operational performance. You will be responsible for managing contracts, driving efficiency and growth, and leading teams across service lines.

The role requires 3+ years of health-clinic leadership, a track record in regulatory environments, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a busy health clinic environment.
• Proven ability to lead, engage and motivate teams.
• Strong operational experience and customer-focused mindset.
• Experience working in a regulated healthcare environment.
• Experience in health and care industry or wellbeing sector.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own all Health Centre activities to optimise performance and governance.
• Drive operational efficiency through effective scheduling and resource management.
• Manage client contracts and business relationships to support growth.
• Own local marketing plan and convert leads into new business.
• Maintain a robust control environment ensuring regulatory compliance (CQC).
• Analyse feedback, drive root-cause remediation and continuous improvement.
