Aneurin Bevan University Health Board supports flexible working.
Please be advised that there is a temporary top-up for Bands 2 and 3 to reflect the incorporation of the top-up to the living wage of £12.60 per hour - £24,638 per annum.
This temporary top-up will be in place until the annual pay uplift for 2025/26 is confirmed.

Job Overview
The Health Care Support Worker will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of patient care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. They should have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and be committed to providing high standards of care for patients, their families, and carers within a hospital setting, with a willingness to learn and develop skills to support the smooth running of Ophthalmology clinics. Must work well in a team.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
