• Diploma level 2/3 in Health & Social Care
• Willingness to work towards Apprenticeship level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (if not already obtained)
• Maths and English GCSE grades 3–9 or A–C or equivalent Functional Skills (Essential band 3)

Responsibilities

• Undertake personal care and related procedures
• Demonstrate knowledge of roles and responsibilities within clinical setting
• Ability to perform patient observations and recordings
