NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a Health Care Support Worker to join the Children and Families Health Visiting Team in Dumbarton. The Healthcare Assistant will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient and person-centred care to clients I families, as delegated and directed by the Health Visiting team. The post holder will support the Health Visiting team in the delivery of care to clients I families.
The post holder will promote a culture of engagement with clients, families and carers, which includes as core principles and values an approach which is caring, compassionate, courteous, empathetic and respectful.
The post holder will promote the principles of self-care to clients, families and carers and empower them to access and use health resources in their community.
