Central to this journey will be the contribution of our Health Care Assistants, who will play a key role in the organisation, complementing the expertise of experienced nurses. You will be part of a fast-paced Mental Health & Learning Disability Division. With an integrated approach to healthcare, you'll have the opportunity to work across different sites and develop innovative and effective approaches to patient care and service delivery across a large geographical area.
To provide day-to-day care for patients under the supervision of a registered nurse, adhering to best practices, standards, and guidelines, contributing to patients' care and treatment.
With strong team working skills, you should demonstrate values important to us, communicate well with colleagues and patients, and have the vision to help move the service forward. You will be expected to get the best out of your colleagues and team, never compromising on quality, and treating others with respect and dignity.
We believe in accountability and shared responsibility, offering plenty of peer support.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
