Step Forward Centre is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our ward as Health Care Support Workers (HCSW).
Would you like to expand your clinical experience by working within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care?
We are a provider of high-quality mental health, community, and learning disability services across Bradford. Our goal is to ensure individuals, their carers, and partners receive the right care in the right place with the right support. We aim to become the leading provider of integrated care for people of all ages with mental or physical health needs.
Step Forward Centre is a mixed ward with 12 beds, committed to delivering rehabilitation services to reduce health inequalities and enhance health and social care outcomes for individuals in our communities with Severe Mental Illness (SMI).
You should be resilient, compassionate, and dedicated to providing holistic care. Patient-focused and motivated to support recovery.
