Bevan Brittan LLP is seeking an Associate (4+PQE) to join its Health and Care Regulatory team. The role involves advising on health, social care, and education matters, both contentious and non-contentious, with opportunities in complex litigation, safeguarding, education and rights challenges.
The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload, engage in advocacy hearings, support client care and business development, and supervise junior colleagues while working within a flexible hybrid
Our Health and Care Regulatory team provides advice and support to health, social care, education and housing organisations across the public and independent sector. We are a team of over 60 colleagues operating out of all four of our offices (Bristol, Birmingham, Leeds and London) on a flexible hybrid basis. We take pride in providing high-quality support to our clients which is clear, user-friendly and responsive. We are open to discussions about alternative working patterns.
We have an opportunity for an Associate (4+PQE) to join our team, offering the opportunity to be a part of a diverse and rich practice area that is intellectually stimulating and hugely rewarding. The role will involve advising clients on a range of health, social care and education issues, both contentious and non-contentious.
The team's services include management of complex litigation in the Court of Protection, human rights, mental health, safeguarding, patient safety, complaints and disputes, education (including SEND), children law and challenges to decision-making in in health and social care.
