Job summary

Oakland Care Ltd in Tonbridge is seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our team and provide compassionate care to residents while others sleep. You will support mobility, comfort and safety during night hours, and work as part of a supportive, caring team.

Full training is provided if you are not already qualified, and benefits include a free meal per shift, uniform, enhanced holiday leave and extra time off for long service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker is advantageous but training will be provided.
• Must be compassionate, caring and a true team player.
• Reliable and dedicated with a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

Our team looks for individuals who are compassionate, caring and a true team player, with a can-do attitude and often experience working as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker. Full training is given if you are not already qualified.

Location: Hyllden Heights, 140 Tonbridge Road, Hildenborough, Tonbridge TN11 9HJ

Hours: 40.25 hours per week

Pay: £13.20 per hour

Contract: Permanent

Shift: Nights
