Job summary

Oakland Care in Eastbourne is seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant to support residents through the night, helping with personal care, mobility and safety. The role requires a compassionate, reliable team player who can maintain a calm, caring environment throughout night hours.

Full-time night shift with a competitive hourly rate and benefits. Training provided to ensure high-quality care and resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker is advantageous but not required (full training provided)

Hours: 40.25 hours per week

Pay: £13.20 per hour
