Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Health Care Assistant for night shifts at Coronation Court in Cannock. You will support adults with complex care needs in a brand-new state-of-the-art home, delivering compassionate care with a focus on dignity and independence.

We offer induction, ongoing training, and opportunities to develop within a supportive team. The role requires caring nature, resilience, and good communication. We provide flexible hours across 24–48 hrs per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents.
• Assist with meals and feeding.
• Understand individual health and wellbeing needs.
• Encourage participation in social activities inside and outside the home.
• Promote choice, dignity, independence and respect.
• Complete and maintain care records.
