Job summary

Exemplar Health Care’s Coronation Court in Cannock is seeking a Health Care Assistant to support adults with complex care needs and help them live their best lives. The home opened in 2025, offering a brand-new team in a state-of-the-art facility.

You’ll provide personal care, support meals, monitor wellbeing, enable social activities, and maintain care records, with induction and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a care setting is required.

Coronation Court is a short drive from the M6 and other major roads including the A460, A4601 and A34.

If you're travelling on the M6, take junction 11.

Follow the A460 to the Cannock Gateway Retail Park, and take the Walsall Road exit.

Follow Walsall road, turn left onto St John's Road and then right onto Hunter Road. We're right at the side of the Asda Superstore.

There's no street parking available within the vicinity but there's a private car park on the opposite side of Avon Road, on Backcrofts.

Public transport to Coronation Court

The home's a short walk from several bus stops.

Asda Store bus stops (stop IDs: stadjmgp and stadjmgt), which areaccessed by buses 1 and 71.

There's also a train station in the local area.

Cannock - 0.6miles away (12minute walk).
