Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Health Care Assistant – Twilight at Woodside Place in Telford. This part-time role (18 hours per week) runs from 5pm to 11pm, with hourly pay starting at £12.71 and rising to £12.81 after completing the Exemplar Care Certificate.

You will support adults with complex care needs to live their best lives, assisting with personal care, meals and wellbeing, and helping residents participate in social activities within a safe, respectful home.
