Job summary

Oakland Care is seeking a Health Care Assistant to join our team at Hyllden Heights, Tonbridge area. This day-shift role requires a compassionate, team-oriented person who wants to make a difference in residents' lives.

You will support daily living activities, assist with meals, and collaborate with staff to ensure high-quality care. Full training is provided; prior care experience is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate and caring person.

• Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker – this is advantageous but not essential as full training is given.
