Job summary

Oakland Care is seeking a Health Care Assistant to join our Twilight team in Eastbourne, delivering day-to-day personal care and support to residents. You will help with meals, hygiene, dressing and companionship, working closely with a friendly team to maintain residents' wellbeing.

We value compassion, reliability and teamwork. Full training is provided, and the role offers 21 hours per week on a part-time, twilight shift (6pm-12am).

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate and caring person.
• Be a true team player.
• Experience as Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker is advantageous but not essential; full training is given.
