Job summary

Oakland Care is seeking a Health Care Assistant to provide compassionate care to residents at Harpenden Springs, Harpenden AL5 1PX.

You will assist with meals, personal care, dressing and daily activities, and support family members. Full training is provided.

Hours are 40.25 per week, Day shifts, pay £13.20 per hour, with rewards and benefits for dedicated team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare assistance preferred but training provided.
• Strong empathy and communication with residents and families.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to shifts.
