Job summary

Ann’s Nursing Care is seeking care workers to join our team in the United Kingdom. Successful applicants will complete in-house induction training covering moving and handling, first aid, infection control, safeguarding, fire safety, health and safety, record keeping, and basic food safety.

We offer competitive hourly rates (£14.50–£26) with holidays included, weekly pay, free training, free uniform, free Access NI, and flexible hours including two 12-hour shifts per week with 1:1 support.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English obtained.
• Basic IT skills expected.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Minimum 6 months paid health care experience in last 3 years.
• Induction training must be signed off as competent.
• Able to work at least two 12-hour shifts per week including 1:1 support.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Job description

Successful applicants will be required to complete In house induction training to include:

• Basic Life Support and First Aid
• Infection Control
• Safe Guarding of vulnerable adults
• Fire Safety
• Health and Safety
• Record Keeping
• Basic Food safety
• Basic Medication management

Essential Criteria

• GCSE Maths and English
• Basic IT skills
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• A minimum of 6 months paid experience in Health Care within the last 3 years
• Will be required to be signed off as competent at the induction training
• Available to work a minimum of two 12 hour shifts per week including 1:1 support
• All Ann’s Nursing Care Staff will be required to complete and obtain a minimum 60% in Level 2 of The Deprivation of Liberty module
• Eligibility to work in UK
