Job summary

Oakland Care is seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant to provide compassionate care to residents during the night at Maplewood Court, Northumberland Avenue, Maidstone ME15 7TA. The role runs night shifts, offering 40.25 hours per week and a pay rate of £13.20 per hour, with a permanent contract.

You will help residents with personal care tasks, mobility, safety, and night-time routines, while maintaining dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• A can-do attitude.

• Be a true team player.
• Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker is advantageous but not essential as full training is given.
