Oakland Care in Hastings is seeking a Night Care Assistant to support our residents while the world sleeps. You will help with personal care, mobility, reassuring presence, and monitoring safety throughout the night.

This role rewards compassion, reliability and teamwork. Full training is provided, and we value dignity, clear record-keeping and respectful, patient-centred care for every resident.

Qualifications

• Experience as Healthcare Assistant is advantageous but not required.
• Willingness to work night shifts and be flexible.
