Job summary

City Health Care Partnership CIC is seeking a healthcare assistant to support patients with personalised care plans and assist registered nurses. You will perform clinical tasks such as blood pressure and glucose checks, maintain clinical rooms and stock, and communicate compassionately with patients and carers.

Candidates should have a Level 2 qualification in Adult Health and Social Care or equivalent, a Care Certificate, and recent healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification or equivalent in Adult Health and Social Care is required.
• Hold Care Certificate or willingness to complete within induction period.
• Recent experience working with patients in healthcare, homecare or care home settings.
• Knowledge of working in a health care environment.
• Good IT skills are desirable.
• Experience prioritising own workload and working flexibly.
