Job summary

Oakland Care in Hastings is seeking a compassionate Night Care Assistant to provide high-quality support to residents during night shifts. You will help with personal care, mobility, bedtime routines and ensuring a safe, calm environment through the night.

This part-time role offers a 34.5-hour week, paid at £13.20 per hour, with benefits including meal on shift, uniform, enhanced holiday pay, and recognition for long service.

• Have experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker – this is advantageous but not essential as full training is given.
