Job summary

Care Outlook Community is seeking field-based care assistants to visit clients in Lambeth and surrounding areas, delivering personal care with dignity and respect.

You will travel between homes in West Norwood, Crystal Palace, Gypsy Hill and nearby neighborhoods, building relationships and contributing to improved wellbeing. Flexible full-time and part-time hours are available, with shifts including mornings and alternate weekends.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel within the local community.
• Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.
• Some flexibility to support people in their own homes.
• Must be legally allowed to work in the UK (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily routines.

Position in Lambeth

West Norwood, Crystal Palace, Gypsy Hill and the surrounding areas.

The Role

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.

• Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
• Working every other weekend.
• Authorised to work in the UK - WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP.

Availability

• Must be able to commit to mornings, evenings and alternate weekends - every other Saturday and Sunday, we offer flexible shift working hours with an expectation that shifts will fall into the below:
• 07:00 - 14:00
• 07:00 - 19:00
• 15:00 - 22:00
