HFH Healthcare Limited is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to assist a gentleman with complex care needs in his home in Godalming. You will work 1:1 with the client on 12-hour day or night shifts, enabling strong bonds and consistent care.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months' professional care experience.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor wellbeing and liaise with family as required.
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate records as needed.

Complex Care Support Worker – Godalming

Location: Godalming, Surrey
Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available
Pay Rate: £14.50 - £17.15 per hour
Shift Pattern: 12-hour days and night shifts

HFH Healthcare is seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced care Assistant to support our client with his complex care needs. Our client is a gentleman with a healthy sense of humour who lives in the home with his wife and son. He would like a support worker who understands that his family is important and it is his home.

You will be working 1:1 with this lovely gentleman in his home for either 12 hour days or 12 hour nights. As these are long shifts, it provides the great opportunity to really build a bond and close relationship with the client.
