Position

Phlebotomist

£20,837.25 per year plus Commission, Overtime, Expenses and Benefits

We are looking to recruit individuals residing in and around the following areas: Crowborough, Rotherfield, Horley, Redhill, Dorking, Polegate, Wadhurst, Heathfield, Ashford, Sevenoaks, Oxted, Cranbrook, Cranleigh, Tonbridge, East Grinstead.

Please note: as this role is field-based, you may need to travel up to 2 hours from your home location.

Requirements

• A Full UK License and access to your own vehicle – necessary for transporting your kit to and from venues and storing kit items at home.
• Availability to work any days between Monday and Sunday, and any times between 6am and 10pm on a rota basis, including shifts from 6am–4pm, 8am–6pm, and 1pm–10pm.
• Proficiency in using computers, laptops, phones, or tablets.
• Clear DBS check – processed on your behalf.
• Ability to travel up to 2 hours from home and occasionally stay overnight.
• Reside within the appropriate distance of the regional location.
• Attend initial training at our Milton Keynes head office for two weeks (Monday–Friday).
• A willingness to learn and acquire new skills.

Working Hours and Salary

30 hours per week, consisting of three 10-hour shifts on any three days between Monday and Sunday, scheduled on a rolling rota released three weeks in advance. The shifts are between 6am and 10pm. The base salary is £20,837.25 annually, with additional commission, expenses, and overtime benefits.

Responsibilities

Travel to various clinic venues, setting up and greeting customers for health assessments, which may include PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (upon qualification), Lung Function, Body Composition, and fitness tests. You will perform assessments, provide advice on further testing, and maintain accurate records. No results or lifestyle advice will be relayed post-assessment.
