Health Assessment Specialist

Salary: £20,837.25 to £27,783 per year (OTE of up to £38,000 to £42,000 with Commission, Overtime, Expenses, and Benefits)

Location: We are recruiting from areas including Woodford, Wood Green, Edmonton, Chingford, Camden Town, Hackney, Stratford, Walthamstow, Enfield, Finsbury Park, Ilford, Tottenham, Buckhurst Hill.

The hours

30 hours per week

• 3 x 10-hour shifts per week (excluding travel time), on any 3 days between Monday and Sunday, on a rolling rota.
• Shifts can be any time between 6am - 10pm.
• Rota released 3 weeks in advance.
• Base salary of £20,837.25 per year with potential OTE of up to £38,000 including commission, expenses, and overtime.

40 hours per week

• 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (excluding travel time), on any 4 days between Monday and Sunday, on a rolling rota.
• Shifts can be any time between 6am - 10pm.
• Rota released 3 weeks in advance.
• Base salary of £27,783 per year with OTE of up to £42,000 including commission, expenses, and overtime.

Responsibilities

At Bluecrest, we prioritize quality in everything we do, including our clinic venues, which are located throughout your region. Your day will involve planning your route, traveling to your venue (expect 30 minutes to 2 hours travel), unpacking and setting up your kit, and greeting customers. You will see between 15 to 22 customers daily, with appointments lasting from 10 to 45 minutes depending on the package.

You will perform various health assessments such as PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (once qualified), Lung Function, Body Composition, and fitness tests. You will also advise on further testing if appropriate and update all relevant administration records. You will not be required to relay results or lifestyle advice post-assessment.
