Position

Health Assessment Specialist

Salary: £20,837.25 to £27,783 per year (OTE of up to £38,000 to £42,000 with Commission, Overtime, Expenses and Benefits)

We are recruiting from various areas around: Woodford, Wood Green, Edmonton, Chingford, Camden Town, Hackney, Stratford, Walthamstow, Enfield, Finsbury Park, Ilford, Tottenham, Buckhurst Hill.

If you join us, you'll be known internally as a Health Assessment Specialist and will help make health confidence accessible to all.

The hours

30 hours per week

• 3 x 10-hour shifts (excluding travel), any 3 days between Monday and Sunday on a rota, between 6am - 10pm.
• Rota released 3 weeks in advance, rolling.
• Salary: £20,837.25/year + potential OTE of up to £38,000 with commissions, expenses, and overtime.

40 hours per week

• 4 x 10-hour shifts, any 4 days between Monday and Sunday on a rota, between 6am - 10pm.
• Rota released 3 weeks in advance, rolling.
• Salary: £27,783/year + potential OTE of up to £42,000 with commissions, expenses, and overtime.

Responsibilities

Perform health assessments at various clinics across your region, which may involve driving 30 minutes to 2 hours to reach venues. Conduct assessments like PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (once qualified), Lung Function, Body Composition, and fitness tests, providing advice on further testing when appropriate. Maintain accurate records. Note: You will not relay results or lifestyle advice post-assessment.

Requirements

• Full UK driving license and access to a standard-sized car
• Availability to work on a rota basis, Monday to Sunday
• IT literacy
• Clear DBS (processed by us)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Reside within the regional location
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Satisfactory criminal records check (enhanced)

Nice to have

• Interest in health and wellbeing
• Experience in Phlebotomy
• Qualifications in Sports Science or similar
• Healthcare background
