We're looking for a Health and Wellbeing Project Support Coordinator to support our innovative programme: From Isolation to Connection: Finding Common Ground – a one-year exploration into loneliness among healthcare staff.

The Health and Wellbeing Project Support Coordinator will support the From Isolation to Connection: Finding Common Ground, a one‑year programme exploring loneliness among healthcare staff. The post holder will undertake research to understand the prevalence and impact of loneliness, including links to poor mental health and suicide, and differences across staff demographics.
In addition, the post holder will engage staff through surveys, interviews, and focus groups; support co‑production of wellbeing initiatives; develop local partnerships; and help deliver social activities. Findings will inform Royal Surrey's strategic planning and contribute to national NHS learning on loneliness and staff wellbeing.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
