A not-for-profit organization is seeking a Heath & Wellbeing Facilitator to support customers facing health-related barriers to employment. Job Description
Salary: £27 - £30k
Location: Onsite in Reading, Slough & Staines. You will be expected to travel to the three sites during the week.

The Role
The Heath & Wellbeing Facilitator will support customers with health and wellbeing related barriers to employment. The Facilitator will use a holistic health and employment approach whilst integrating into Fedcap’s employability teams, and progressing customers closer to work and into sustainable employment.
