We have an exciting opportunity for a Health and Wellbeing Coordinator to join the Psychosocial Substance Misuse Service at HMP/YOI Isis who has theskills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.
The Health and Wellbeing Coordinator will lead on the delivery of a suite of health and wellbeing group interventions including but not limited to: life skills, physical activity, nutrition, mindfulness, positive relationships, managing emotions, harm reduction, naloxone and peer identified health priorities designed to complement the psychosocial intervention treatment offer.
As a Health and Wellbeing Coordinator with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.
Location: HMP Isis Thamesmead
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 per week
Full Time Salary : £27,449.53 - £31,529.41 pro rata, depending on experience
