About Us:
Altilium is a UK-based company that recycles electric vehicle (EV) batteries to recover valuable materials.
EV batteries, even after their life in vehicles, still contain important minerals like lithium, cobalt, nickel, manganese and graphite. These minerals are essential for making new batteries but are limited and often come from virgin mining, which uses a lot of resources and creates environmental impact.
At Altilium, we safely extract these critical minerals from end-of-life EV batteries. We then process and prepare them to be returned into the supply chain to make new batteries. This recycling helps reduce reliance on mining, conserves natural resources, and supports a circular economy.
We work with major partners including Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) and Nissan, and our work is supported by the UK government, helping to strengthen domestic battery supply chains and create sustainable industry growth.
Our efforts contribute to building a more sustainable and efficient battery supply chain - supporting cleaner, reliable transportation and industry in the UK.
Our Commitment
We’re committed to being an inclusive employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds and perspectives.
If you need any adjustments during the application process or in the role, please let us know: we’re happy to support you.
