Health and Safety Manager - Manufacturing
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Hybrid Working + Flexi Time + Early Finish Fridays
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 36-hour week
Location: Manchester, near Failsworth

Are you experienced in a health and safety role within an engineering or manufacturing environment? Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to manage all health and safety activities within an industry-leading manufacturer known for excellent retention, training, and development?

Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a Health and Safety Manager to join their team at their state-of-the-art facility in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the health and safety schedule and operations throughout the year, planning and implementing strategies to promote a positive workplace culture. You will manage safety reports, inspections, and processes across a growing production team. Collaboration with directors to improve processes and maintain ISO 9001, 14001, & 45001 standards is essential (experience with these standards is not mandatory).
