Job summary

Taylor Made Employment are working on behalf of a family-run company seeking a Health and Safety Manager to join on a permanent basis. The role is site-based between Market Weighton and Howden, with a 40,000 salary and Monday to Friday 8am-4pm, flexible hours to cover duties.

You will lead health and safety compliance, conduct risk and COSHH assessments, deliver training, and manage monthly H&S meetings with KPI reporting. Driving licence and NEBOSH are required; IOSH is desirable.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
• Experience in risk assessments and COSHH processes.
• Experience delivering Health & Safety training.
• Ability to lead toolbox talks and health and safety meetings with KPI tracking.
• Driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly H&S meetings and maintain KPI reporting.
• Carry out risk assessments and COSHH assessments.
• Deliver Health & Safety training to staff, visitors and contractors.
• Coordinate toolbox talks and safety briefings across site.
• Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.

Job description

Taylor Made Employment are working on the behalf of an outstanding family run company who are looking to recruit a Health and Safety Manager to join them on a Permanent basis.

Our Client's site is situated between the Market Weighton and Howden Areas, this location is not commutable via public transport so you must hold your own transport to be a suitable applicant for this role.

Starting salary £40,000 per annum

The company are looking for someone who is happy to work on a full time basis. This will involve working Monday to Friday 8am until 4pm.

The hours are flexible as long as the above is covered. This would be ideal for an individual who needs to fit a role around their home life due to the flexibility this company offer.
