Job summary

Niyaa People is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to lead policy development, drive compliance and promote safe homes within the social housing sector. You will collaborate with employees, contractors and residents to maintain high safety standards and report to governance bodies.

Qualifications

• Experience managing health and safety within social housing, property or facilities management.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Chartered IOSH membership (CMIOSH) or equivalent professional status.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
