Job summary

Niyaa People is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to lead policy development, drive compliance, and promote a culture of safety across a housing association. You will oversee inspections and audits while working with staff, contractors and residents to maintain high safety standards.

Qualifications

• You have experience managing health and safety within social housing, property or facilities management.
• You hold a NEBOSH Diploma or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• You are a Chartered IOSH member (CMIOSH) or hold an equivalent professional status.
• You hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car.
