Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd. is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to lead the development and implementation of health and safety policies across a housing association.

The role focuses on statutory compliance, risk identification, and driving a culture of safe working practices among staff, contractors and residents. You will oversee inspections, audits and corrective actions, reporting to support governance, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and detail-oriented oversight within social housing

Qualifications

• Experience managing health and safety within social housing, property or facilities management.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Chartered IOSH membership (CMIOSH) or equivalent professional status.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
