Harken Search Ltd is supporting a leading residential developer in London and the South East to recruit a Health & Safety Manager. The role reports to the Construction Director and requires close collaboration with site teams and senior leaders to enhance safety standards across the business.

You will review existing policies, lead audits and inspections, identify risks and promote a proactive safety culture through practical solutions and continuous improvement across multiple sites.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a Health & Safety role within construction, housebuilding or property development
• A recognised Health & Safety qualification
• Experience carrying out audits, inspections and risk assessments
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
• Full UK driving licence

Job Description

The Health & Safety Manager will play a key role in ensuring robust health and safety standards are maintained across the organisation.

Reporting to the Construction Director, the successful candidate will work closely with site teams and senior leaders to review existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement and promote a positive health and safety culture throughout the business.
