Millennium Hotels are seeking a Health, Safety and Environmental Administrator/Coordinator

As an HSE Administrator/Coordinator, you will provide professional advice and support on Safety, Health, and Environmental issues while assisting the SSHE Manager to embed a positive, responsive, and legally compliant Health and Safety culture in line with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities of the Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator:

• Raising awareness of HSE issues
• Monitoring compliance with HSE policies
• Undertaking inspections and audits across departments
• Working with internal stakeholders to develop a positive H&S culture
• Maintaining online accident and incident reporting systems, and the e-learning system
• Acting as the primary point of contact for your designated cluster of hotels regarding security events or issues, ensuring measures for personal and property security are maintained
• Supporting your designated cluster of hotels in developing and testing emergency and crisis arrangements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Good understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental issues and legislation
• Effective communicator capable of engaging with all levels of personnel professionally
• Ability to manage projects from conception to implementation with limited supervision
• Persistence in task completion
• Possession of a NEBOSH or IOSH qualification is advantageous
