Health and Safety Coordinator, SHEQ, COR7225

If you have strong administrative skills and at least a year's experience working within Health & Safety, and are looking to develop your career further within Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental systems, then this Health and Safety Coordinator position could be perfect for you!

Reporting directly to the SHEQ Manager, the Health and Safety Coordinator will carry out routine health & safety and quality activities, including writing system documentation, risk assessments, internal audits, routine testing and monitoring. The Coordinator will also be responsible for staff inductions, ensuring all accidents, incidents, near misses, and non-conformities are correctly reported and investigated. Additionally, the role includes document control, maintaining SHEQ records such as environmental statistics, instrument calibration, safety equipment, and other administrative duties as required.

What’s required to be successful in this role?

• Strong administrative skills gained from experience in a Health & Safety role
• Experience in writing system documentation, risk assessments, supporting internal audits, and routine testing and monitoring
• Experience in a technical, engineering, or manufacturing environment is preferred, but candidates from any commercial background will be considered
• Knowledge of standards such as ISO45001, ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO27001 is advantageous
