Job summary

A consulting firm is looking for a Health & Safety Consultant to provide expert advice, conduct audits, and build client relationships. The ideal candidate has a TechIOSH qualification and strong knowledge of UK health and safety laws. This role offers a competitive salary, a car allowance, and a supportive team culture. Significant travel in London/M4 corridor is required.

Health & Safety Consultant – London / M4 corridor

Location: Home-based with regular travel London / M4 corridor

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Level: TechIOSH (CMIOSH a bonus)

Base pay range: Up to £42k - £47k doe + £450 pm car allowance

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site audits and risk assessments
• Advise on health & safety law, fire safety, and best practice
• Build strong, ongoing client relationships
• Act as a trusted subject matter expert

Qualifications

• Suitable Health & Safety qualification - TechIOSH (CMIOSH or working toward is a plus)
• Strong UK H&S and Fire Safety knowledge
• Client-focused with a self-managed approach
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
