As Health and Safety Advisor, you will lead and champion Health & Safety across a diverse 24/7 multi-user Harlow (CM19 5AW) distribution operation, for ourHome Delivery Network. Ensuring compliance with UK legislation, driving the GXO Road to Zero philosophy, and fostering a proactive culture of safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement. Working closely with site leadership and regional stakeholders, you will influence safety performance, manage risk, support audits and compliance activities, and help create a safe and healthy working environment across the site and wider regional network.
This is afull time, permanent positionwith contracted hours of 40 per week.Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30- with flexibility required for business needs.

Promoting and driving a culture of safety engagement in line with the Road to Zero philosophy and improving performance through the implementation of relevant management systems current standards and legislation; maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment by the identification and control of risks, leading to the prevention of accidents and causes of work‑related ill health.
