Job summary

StoneSafe Talent is seeking a proactive Health & Safety Advisor to support a varied portfolio of construction and M&E projects across London and the South East. This role takes you out on sites, working with operational teams to drive safe delivery from planning through to completion.

You'll review CDM compliance, conduct site inspections and audits, and provide practical advice on risk management and safe working practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in a M&E / MEP engineering H&S role.
• Good knowledge of CDM Regulations and construction safety.
• Experience conducting site inspections and audits.
• NEBOSH Level 6 or equivalent (will consider level 3 for the right candidate)
• A practical, confident and approachable personality.

Responsibilities

• Supporting construction and engineering projects from planning through to completion.
• Carrying out site inspections, audits and compliance reviews.
• Working closely with project managers, engineers and subcontractors.
• Providing practical advice on CDM, risk management and safe working practices.
• Reviewing Construction Phase Plans and H&S documentation.
• Improving procedures and influencing safety standards across multiple projects.

We're recruiting for an established, financially secure engineering business looking for a proactive Health & Safety Advisor to support a varied portfolio of projects across London and the South East.

From major construction projects to complex refurbishments and engineering installations, no two weeks will look the same.

This isn't a role where you'll be sitting behind a desk producing paperwork. You'll be out on projects, working alongside operational teams, solving problems and helping deliver work safely.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting construction and engineering projects from planning through to completion.
• Carrying out site inspections, audits and compliance reviews.
