Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to oversee health, safety, environmental and quality standards across multiple UK sites. The role involves collaborating with site teams and clients to uphold rigorous HSEQ practices.

Based in Aberdeen with UK-wide travel, the position supports RAMS development, audits, investigations and continuous improvement. Full or part-time hours are considered, with a company vehicle and private healthcare provided.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH H&S / Environmental qualification (or equivalent) required.
• HSEQ experience within construction or civils is essential.
• Good knowledge of CDM 2015, H&S, environmental and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, audits and HSEQ compliance checks.
• Prepare RAMS, policies and HSEQ documentation.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near-misses.

This is a hands-on role covering multiple UK sites, working with teams and clients to maintain strong health, safety, environmental and quality standards.

The Role

• Site inspections, audits and HSEQ compliance checks
• RAMS, policies and HSEQ documentation
• Accident, incident and near-miss investigations
• Environmental and sustainability compliance
• Quality assurance and continuous improvement
• HSEQ advice, training and guidance to site teams
• Keeping up to date with legislation and industry standards

About You

• NEBOSH H&S / Environmental qualification or equivalent
• HSEQ experience within construction or civils
• Good knowledge of CDM 2015, H&S, environmental and quality requirements
• Audit experience desirable
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Practical, proactive approach with good attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence and happy to travel
