Job summary

Bupa Clinics is seeking a Health Advisor at the St Albans clinic to support health assessments and deliver education on healthier living. The role focuses on direct customer interaction, clinical testing, and creating personalised lifestyle action plans.

You will work with patients to promote behavioural change, perform tests, and follow up to reinforce positive outcomes. This permanent, full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in exercise physiology/sports science/ nutrition essential.
• Customer facing experience essential.
• Experience of performing measurements or assessments in health/fitness or medical environments desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the service delivery of Health Assessments to customers.
• Maintain accurate client records and involvement in end-to-end process.
• Promote and encourage healthier lifestyle per current clinical policies.
• Carry out clinical testing such as body composition analysis, spirometry, BP, ECG etc.
• Create individual lifestyle action plans using motivational interviewing.
• Post-assessment calls to support positive changes and actions.
