Bupa Clinics Fareham is hiring a Health Advisor to join our clinical team. You will focus on delivering Health Assessments, engaging with customers, and supporting them to live longer, healthier, happier lives.

The role requires a degree in exercise physiology/sports science/nutrition, strong customer-facing skills, and the ability to conduct clinical measurements. Flexible working patterns and a strong patient-first approach are welcomed.

Qualificações

• Degree in exercise physiology/sports science/nutrition required.
• Customer facing experience essential.
• Experience with measurements or assessments in health/fitness/medical environment desirable.
• Accurate information recording within clinical guidelines.
• Ability to build rapport and tailor approach to individuals.
• Empathy and ability to motivate health changes.

Responsabilidades

• Support the service delivery of Health Assessments to customers.
• Maintain accurate client records and end-to-end process.
• Promote a healthier lifestyle per Bupa policies.
• Carry out clinical testing (body composition, spirometry, heart rate, gas analysis, diabetes markers, BP, cholesterol, anaemia markers, ECG, audiometry, movement screening).
• Create lifestyle action plans using motivational interviewing to promote behaviour change.
• Post-assessment calls to support positive change and action plans.
