Job summary

Bupa Clinic Fareham is seeking a Health Advisor to join our clinical team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will support Health Assessments, maintain accurate client records and promote healthier lifestyles in line with clinical policies.

You’ll perform tests such as body composition analysis, spirometry, blood pressure, cholesterol profiling, and ECGs, then create personalised lifestyle action plans to help customers live longer, healthier, happier lives.

Qualifications

• Degree-level or equivalent in exercise physiology/sports science/nutrition.
• Customer facing experience is essential.
• Experience with health/fitness assessments is desirable.
• Accurate information recording within clinical guidelines.
• Ability to build rapport and motivate health changes.

Responsibilities

• Support the service delivery of Health Assessments to customers.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage end-to-end process.
• Promote and encourage healthier lifestyles per clinical policies.
• Carry out clinical testing: body composition, spirometry, heart rate, gas analysis, diabetes markers, BP, cholesterol, anaemia markers, ECGs, audiometry, movement screening.
• Create lifestyle action plans using motivational interviewing to promote change.
• Conduct post-assessment calls to reinforce actions.
