Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and culture of the school and lead its improvement.
• Lead the curriculum with clear pathways for each young person.
• Oversee SEND, safeguarding and pastoral provision.
• Manage staffing, budget and compliance with the Independent School Standards.
• Work with families, local authorities and a wider multidisciplinary team.
