• Champion safeguarding, ensuring thehighest standards of child protection, wellbeing and regulatory complianceacross the school.
• Recruit, develop and inspire ahigh-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountabilityand continuous professional development.
• Build strong relationships with pupils,families, governors, local authority and external partners to deliverexceptional educational experiences.
• Lead the effective management of schooloperations, budgets, resources and occupancy, ensuring long-termsustainability and continued growth.
